In the event of a cancellation or significant delay, Irish Ferries will notify affected passengers as promptly as possible via email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at the time of booking. We will offer one or more of the following remedies:

  • Re-routing on the next available sailing at no additional cost
  • Full refund of the unused ticket value
  • Travel vouchers for future bookings in certain circumstances
